We decided to do sushi in our own way. Fish have been swapped for friend almonds or mangoes, which combine Japanese technique, Brazilian ingredients and our own approach.

Whether you already have your favorite or you want to try every kind, you are in the right place! There is no limit to appetite here, and it is a pleasant duty to start with a picanha, with its distinct cap of fat. We also grill whole pineapples over flame, after which your stomach will settle nicely.

Whether you believe the legends or historical sources, the house has been standing on U Radnice Street since the 15th century. In 2019, both the name and the interior underwent a transformation: retro elements, inspiration from the Amazon rainforest and life in Rio. The last piece in this return to history is the change in the restaurant’s name to Brasileiro U Zelené žáby.
